FUDAO
PREMIUM QUALITY JASMINE RICE
FUDAO is a long grain rice; also known as Hom Mali Rice in Thailand. Grown in the mountain highlands of Thailand for centuries. Our jasmine rice has a naturally aromatic scent released during the cooking process - some say it is likened to a flowery perfume.
When cooked, its whiteness, softness and fluffiness texture is very difficult to match, allowing it to become a family favourite.
Cooking Method
For a cup of rice:
1. Rinse and drain the rice thoroughly several times with tap water.
2. Add and mix 1.2 - 1.5 cups of fresh water with the rice in a rice cooker.
3. Allow the rice to be fully cooked. Do not remove the cover while cooking.
4. Allow the rice to rest for 10 minutes before serving the soft FUDAO Hom Mali Rice.

FUDAO is Thai "Hom Mali" Rice, it is the world's only traditional strain of rice with a natural frafrance similar to the pandanus plant.
